    Since his drop rate is 5% (and his dungeon difficulty is 50) I can lend you my 2 NegPro and 1 Neg (after patch 2.9.0 there is now a x18 Neg limit) for increasing the catch rate to 95% on normal days ;)
    
    After Lucia event is over I can also offer you free runs with both my main and alt for recruiting monsters, just make me know who you need ;)
