Lost SSs account - How to recover?

    I lost my phone. That means I my login account with several SSs at mid game was lost. I didn't have the chance to take a screenshot of the transfer ID so I couldn't log in any more.

    Is there any way for me to recover my account?

    To my knowledge, there is no way to recover your acct unless you did some kind of backup before you lost your phone. You could try to send an email to the developers explaining your problem and possibly provide them with your in-game id, hope it all works out

    Yeah, if you happened to back up your data somewhere, check that.

    Otherwise I'm thinking you may be out of luck, sorry to say. :/

    You probably need more than xfer id, maybe inquiry id.

    If you don't have a backup, you may need to send email to mistwalker. I think you can get account recover if you have you inquire ID or you have purchased energy in game.

    no luck unless you provide them your inquiry id. I lose mine before and never able to retrieve it due to lack of information (Inquiry id)

    Like most japanese mobile game; you will need to have your id and password. the one you get while using the 'change phone' option. if you have that; you will be able to restore your latest 'auto save' at other device. if you dont have that; i hope you at least have the one that was sent to you by the system when you first start the game. if you dont have any of the above; chances are slim for you to recover the account.

    you can always try finding your phone back,
    if you are using an iphone you can use Find My iPhone on any other iOS or some official website to locate your phone,
    there should be something similar for android too, you just have to look it up.

    You can recover you account when you still have User ID, Username, and Inquiry ID. I lost my first (very high luck lol) account too before. I just sent email to Mistwalker few days ago, and they need more specific information like date & time, region, and why the issue happened. And today my account is back~ with new Transfer ID and Password. Yay~My precious Rikken, and now I got Amina :D

    I am in the same situation, except without all of the awesome monsters lol. How long does it take for Mistwalker to get back to you?

    About 3-4 days. Since they only can reply my messages every one day.

    Just got my account back. It takes longer now probably due to more people playing now. Received a message every 2 days or so and after they received all my info they had to do an "investigation" and a day or two later I got it back.

    Always always have a photobucket linked to your phone so when you take screen shots its automatically saved to photobucket. ..if phone is lost when you get a new one just log into photobucket to get screen shot

    So.....if I only have my chosen username but nothing else I'm screwed then for recovery then???

    I spent way too much time and effort to lose it so the first thing I usually do is screenshot of my credentials and then send it to my email
